That the Code of the City of Portsmouth,~ Virginia, 1973, be <br />amended by deleting frcm subparagraph (a) of Sections 40-70, 40-71 and <br />40-72 the following described uses: <br /> <br /> Churches and places of worship, including parish houses and <br />educational buildings. <br /> <br /> 2.
