FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROV~ENT FUND FOR CONSTRUCTION OF MID-CITY DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT PHASE I. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Five Hundred Eighty-four Thousand <br />and O0/1OO ($584,000.)
