ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-78-22 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That that portion of the Zoning Map at~ached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-60, the pro- <br />perty described in petition for zoning amendment No. Z-78-22, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property <br />zoned as Commercial C-1 Conditional. <br /> <br /> 2. The property affected by this ordinance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning on the east side of Fifth Street <br />approximately 35 feet north of its intersection <br />with Portsmouth Boulevard; thence north along <br />the east side of Fifth Street approximately 125 <br />feet; thence east approximately 121 feet; thence <br />north 30 feet; thence east 30 feet; thence south <br />approximately 155 feet; thence west approximately <br />151 feet to the east right-of-way line of Fifth <br />Street. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-78-22 is conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br /> USE: The property would be used only for 7-11 retail <br />convenience grocery store. <br /> <br /> 4.
