AN ORDINANCE TO A~ND SECTION 6-8 (SECTION 118.9) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, PERTAINING TO SCHEDULE OF ELECTRICAL FEES. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: !. That Section 6-8 (Section City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1973, to read as follows: 118.9) of the Code of the be amended and reordained Section 118.9. Schedule of electric fees established. The schedule of fees for the inspection of electrical wiring shall be as follows: (1) Minim-~mpermit fee~ ................. $t0.00 (2) Temporary service ... 60 amps ...... 10.O0 Temporary service ... 1OO amps ...... 15.00 (3) (a) Fees for new services whether single or three phase includes all circuits, motors, generators and other derivations of an electrical system. Single phase fee is $15.O0 per 50 amps. (b) Three Phase Service fee is $20.00 per 50 amps. for first 1000 amps. and $10.00 per 50 amps. for remaining amps after 1000. (4) (a) Changes of Service (old). Fees for changes of service (pay for change of service and any additional circuits added or worked on) are $7.50 per 50 amps for single phase. For circuit fee, see additions or repairs schedule below. (b) Changes of Service (old). Fees for changes of service are $10.00 per 50 amps for the first 1,OOO amps. and $5.00 per 50 amps for the re- maining amps after 1,000.
