AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $60,OOO. FRO~ THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />F~ENT FUND FOR THE FINAL PHASE (TASK 4) OF THE ENGINEERING STUDY <br />FOR THE LAKE KILBY TRHATMENT PLANT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia~ that the sum of Sixty Thousand and OO/iOO ($60,000.) <br />Dollars be, and the same hereby is, appropriated from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for the final phase (Task 4~) of the <br />Engineering study for the Lake Kilby Treatment Plant. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held April 22, 1980. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
