ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-80-27. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That a portion of the Zoning Map attached to and <br />made a part of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1973, which now zones as Residential R-75, the pro- <br />perty described in the petition for Zoning Amendment Z-80-27, <br />is hereby amended and changed so as to show said property <br />zoned as Residential R-60-Conditionai. <br /> <br /> afzecu~u by this ordinance is described <br /> 2. The property .... ~ <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br /> Beginning at the southeast corner of <br />Ports~outh Boulevard and Haysom Streetr and; <br />thence east 250', more or less, to a point; <br />thence !south 200', more or less, to the <br />True Point of Beginning; ~hence southwesterly <br />718.60'; thence south 120.80'; thence easterly <br />112.50'; thence westerly 832.31'; thence west- <br />erly 229.99' to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> 3. Zoning Ordinance Amendment Z-80-27 is conditioned upon <br />the following: <br /> <br /> ~ner will limit the use of subject property to multi- <br />fa~ly dwelling units not exceeding t10 in number, to be occupied <br />only by elderly or senior citizens as that term is defined; in <br />a structure of at least four (4) stories in height served by <br />passenger elevators, and subject to a Group Housing Project Site <br />Plan approved in accordance with Section 40-55 of the Portsmouth <br />City Cede. <br /> <br /> 4. That %his ordinance shall take effect from and after <br />thirty (30) days from the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting held February 24, 1981. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
