welfare of the public through the conduct of th~ residential <br />sale, suspend and/or cancel same for a given period of time <br />or for the duration of the date(s) and time allocated in the <br />permit. <br /> <br /> (g) Ail parking of vehicles shall be conducted in com- <br />pliance with all applicable laws and ordinances. Further, the <br />Police Department may e~force such t~mporary controls to <br />eleviate any special hazards and/or congestion created by.the <br />residential sale. <br /> <br /> (h) Periodic sales held exclusively at churches or other, <br />places of worship, public or private schools, or other similar <br />places of public assembly under the auspices of ~'nqnprofit <br />organization operated exclusively for religious, charitable, <br />community or educational purposes areexempt f~om the require- <br />ments of this Article. <br /> <br /> 2.
