AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $65,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVE- <br />FLENT FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AT 430 HIGH STREET <br />(COLONY THEATER BUILDING). <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Sixty Five Thousand and O0/100 <br />($65,000.)
