AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />VIRGINIA, 1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 24-100(b) AND CHAPTER <br />24, ARTICLE IX THEREOF, PERTAINING TO PORTSMOUTH SLEEPY <br />HOLE GOLF COURSE AND PORTSMOUTH PARK RATES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> ~.
