AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $44,000. FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND FOR SURVEYING, DESIGN AND PROJECT ADMINISTRATION OF THE <br />ACCESS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE KERR McGHEE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOP- <br />MENT SITE. ~ <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City Of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that the sum of Forty Four Thousand and OO/1OO <br />($44,OOO.)
