AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH~ VIRGINIA, <br />1973, BY AMENDING SECTION 24-100Ib) AND CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE IX <br />THEREOF, PERTAINING TO PORTSMOUTH GOLF COURSE AND PORTSMOUTH <br />PARK RATES. <br /> <br /> BE LT ORDAINED by the COuncil of the City of-Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: -, ' <br /> <br /> 1. That Section 24-100(b) of the Code Of the City of <br />Portsmouth~ Virginia~ 1973, be amended and reordained to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 24-100. PORTSMOUTH PARK RATES <br /> <br />Section 24-170. Charge for boat rentals. <br /> <br />Water bikes (paddle boats) per half hour ........ '. $2.00 <br /> <br />Section 24-3.71. Camp sites. <br /> <br />(1) Sites with water and electrl lty, per day . $6.00 <br />(2) Sites with water only, per day ............... 4.00 <br /> <br /> Camp sites may be occupied by only ohe family or no more than <br />eight (8) persons and only one piece of camping equipment that <br />exceeds thirty (30) square feet in area may .be parked or erected <br />on any one site. <br /> <br /> A discount of twenty (20) per cent for camp site rental shall <br />be available for senior citizens. <br /> <br /> <br />
