Section 40-121. Downtown D-I District Uses. <br /> Ca} The Downtown D-1 District is divided into six sub- <br />sections shown on the zoning map. The following uses, therefore, <br />may be allowed upon the granting of a certificate of intent <br />as provided in Section 40-122. <br /> <br /> (i) Sub-area known as Mixed Uses. <br /> <br /> All the uses listed in Section 49-72(a) Com- <br /> mercial C-3 District Subsections; <br /> <br />- Art studios; _ ~. <br /> <br />- Child care center, nurseries ahd kindergartens <br /> upon the granting of a use permit as provided <br /> in this chapter; <br /> <br />- Commercial 'And/or governmental radio and <br /> television masts and associated transmission <br /> facility; -~ <br /> <br /> Craft shops, workshops where hand tools are <br /> used; <br /> <br /> - Dwelling, single, multi-family, towrnhouses <br /> and 2-family; <br /> <br />Dwellings above the groun~ floor where the <br />existing or proposed ground floor use or uses <br />are other than residential; <br /> <br />- Family care home upon the granting of a-use <br /> permit as provided in this chapter; <br /> <br /> Group home for children upon the granting of <br /> a use permit as provided in this chapter; <br /> <br />-- Group home for adults upon the granting of a <br /> use permit as provided in this chapter; <br /> <br />- Half way house upon the granting of a use permit <br /> a provided in this chapter; <br /> <br />- Printing, publishing and reproduction establish- <br /> ments; <br /> <br />Inns, including bed and breakfast establishments. <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />Sub-area known as Industrial. <br /> <br /> All the uses listed in Section 40-68(a) <br /> dustrial M-1 District. <br /> <br />In- <br /> <br /> <br />
