(10) Exper% testimony concerning its use or the <br />purpose for which it was designed; <br /> <br /> (11) Relevant evidence of the intent of the <br />accused to deliver it to persons who he knows, or should <br />reasonably kno~, intend to use the object with an illegal <br />drug. The innocence of an owner or of anyone in control of <br />the object, as to a direct violation of this article shall <br />not prevent a finding that the object is intended for use or <br />design for use as drug parphernalia. ~ <br /> (e) The provisions of this section shall not apply to <br />persons who have acquired possession and control of drug <br />parphernalia in accordance with the provisions of this <br />article nor to any person who owns or is engaged in the <br />breeding or raising of livestock, poultry or other animals <br />to which hypodermic in~ections are customarily given in the <br />interest of health, safety, or good husbandry; nor to physicians, <br />pharmacists, dentists, podiatrists, vetenarians, funeral <br />directors and embalmers, persons to whom a permit has been <br />~ssued, manufacturers, wholesalers or their authorized <br />agents or employees when in the usual course of their business, <br />provided that the drug parphernalia lawfully obtained continues <br />to be used for the ligitimate purposes for which they were <br />obtained. <br /> <br /> 3.
