WHERFAS, pUrsuant to Section 16-9 of the Code o£ the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1951, as amended, the city council may designate
<br />by resolution the routes a~d headways for intra-urban buses operated within
<br />the city; and

<br /> WHERFAS, Community Motor Bus Company, Incorporated has submitted
<br />proposed routes and headways to be in e£feet from and after 2:00 a.m.,
<br />September l?, 1961, which are aatisfaetory to the city council.
<br />
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council o£ the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that from and after 2:00 a.m., September 17, 1961,
<br />the following routes and headways shall be operated by Community Motor Bus
<br />Company, Incorporated:
