~{EREAS, pursuant to Section-S-24 of the Code of the City of
<br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, the City Council may designate by resolut~on
<br />the routes and headways for intra-urban buses operated within the city;
<br />and
<br /> W}~REAS, Community Motor BUS Company, Incorporated has submitted
<br />proposed routes and headways to be an e£fect from and after 2:00 a~ m.,
<br />October 20, 1963, which are satisfactory to the City Council.
<br /> NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth,
<br />Virginia, that from and after 2:00 ao m., October 20, 1963, the following
<br />routes and headways shall be operated by Community Motor Bus Company,
