Sunday, any beer or wine as defined by the <br /> Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. ~nis section <br /> shall not affect the sale of beer and wine <br /> on passenger trains or steam vessels w~ile <br /> operating in interstate commerce. <br /> <br /> Any person who shall violate the pro- <br /> visions of this section shall be punished by <br /> a fine of not less than ten dollars nor more- <br /> than one hundred dollars, or by conx~lnement <br /> in jail' not exceeding one month, either or <br /> both. <br /> 3. ~nat the Electoral Board of the City be, and they are hereby <br />directed to make the necessary arrangements for the election and take the <br />sense of the q~tffied voters of the City on the question as hereinabove <br />set forth. <br /> 4. That the proponents of the said ordinance shall present ~o <br /> the City Clerk on or before Au~as~ ~6, 1965, 20,000 copies of their printed <br /> argument in favor of such ordinance_, such argument to be printed on green <br /> colored paper and folded so as not ~o exceeC~ 8 1/2 inches by ~ ~/4 inches. <br /> 5. That the Qpponen~s o~' ~ne ~aid ~in~uce s~l present to the <br />City Clerk on or before August 6, i965, 20,000 copies of their printed <br />-argument against ~he' said ordinance, such argumen~ to be printed on yellow <br /> colored paper and folded so as no~ ~o exceed 8 1/2 inches by ~ 3/~ inches. <br /> 6~ That such printed ~matter shall be identified with the na~s <br /> of the persor~ or groups submitting the san~. <br /> 7. That only one printed argument in the ~esc~ibed quantity <br />~ will be accepted from the proponents and the opponents, respectively. <br /> 8. That neither of such arguments shall exceed 2,000 words. <br /> <br /> <br />
