F~mSOLUTION APPOiMI'i[.JG ~'/ERS FOR <br />CLOSING A PORTION OF S~,~tI~It"I~LD ROAD <br /> <br /> ~REAS, Diversified Inv~st~mnts, Inc. has made application <br />to vacate and close that portio~ of Smithfield Road lying between <br />Victor~y Boulevard and Beechdale Road, and it appearing that notice <br />of the application ar~ reqhest for the appointn~nt of viewers was <br />duly posted on January 5, 1966, on the bulletin board of the Court of <br />Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on a pole at the ~utersection of <br />Victory Boulevard and Beechdale Road, and on a pole at the intersection <br />of Smithfield Road and Beechdale Road: <br /> <br /> NOW~ ~REFORE, BE IT ~SOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth~ Virginia~ that Graydon D. ~,~inley~ James V. McGehee, <br />Frank N. Biliso!y~ On~rles R. Lilly and L. A.
