RESOLLFrION APPOINTING VIEI~ERS FOR CLOSING <br />A PORTION OF LOUDOUN AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Construction Associates, IncOrPorated, has made <br />application to vacate and close all thatcer~ain portion' of Loudoun <br />Avenue lying between the northern right-of-way line of Race Street <br />and the southeastern right-of-way line of Airline Boulevard; and <br />it appearing that notice of the application and request for the · <br />appointment of viewers was duly posted on April 29, 1966, on the <br />bulletin board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, <br />on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, <br />and on a tree in the vicinity of the street proposed to-be closed. <br /> <br /> NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Millard C~ Norman, James V. McGehee, <br />John E. Scott, Frank N. Bilisoly, and L. A. Clark be appointed <br />viewers to view said street and report to this Council in writing <br />whether in their opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience would <br />result from Vacating and closing the aforementioned street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br /> at a meeting held May 10, 1966. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
