R.~0. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with Section F, page 19 of said Plan~ it so <br />provide s that said Redevelopment Plan .may be amended by t~e Portsmouth .... . <br />Redevelopment and Housing Authority with the consent of the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and H~uslng Authority in <br />undertaking the execution of Pr. oject No. Va. R-40 has found it necessary to <br /> <br />make minor changes to said Redevelopment Plan, as amended, by amendment <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority has~ ...... <br /> <br />approved the changes to the Redevelopment Plan by resolution which Plan <br />dated l~ovember, 1967, to§ettler with said resolution, has been referred tO City <br />Council for review and approval and the City COUncil has duly considered said <br /> <br />Redevelopment Plan; <br /> <br /> NOV;, THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />TI-IE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, as follows: <br /> <br /> t.
