RESOLUI~ION ~3POI~ING VINf~RS FOR <br />CLOSI~NG A PORTION OF QU~_~ STREET. <br /> <br /> WHERF~S, Thomas R. Bonner and Edythe V. Bonner, husband <br /> <br />and wife; Hmrry G. McCready, Clara B. Walker, Ada B. Stephenson, Robert <br />L. Stephenson, Jesse W. Stephens~n, Jr., Delores D. Shamb!ey, M~ildred S. <br />Farrow and ~rion S. White ~have made application to vacate and close <br />that por4sion of Queen Street lying~bet~ween the new eastern right of way <br />line of Route 58 as shown on the plans for Project 0058-124-102, R/~,~ 201 <br />and the western right of way line of Douglas Avenue, and it appearing <br />that notice of the application and request .for the appointment of <br />viewers w~s duly posted on March 13, 1967, on the bulletin board of the <br />Court Sf Hustings for the City of Portsmouth and on two telephone poles <br />in the vicir~ity, of the street sousht to be closed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL%~ED by tlne Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Leo V. Schocklin, H. E. Robertson, Jr., <br />Miltard C. Norman, Louis Leitner and R. A.
