Johnston, T~stees of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, Lodge No. 82, B.P.O.E., have ~ade application <br />to vacate and close t~hat portion of North Street lying bet~meen the <br />western right of way line of Williamsburg Avenue and the center of <br />Scott's Creek, and it appearing that notice of the application and <br />request for the appointment of viewers ~s duly posted 6n May 9, 1967, <br />on the bu!let~n board of the ~our~ of Hustirgs for the City of Ports.~outh, <br />on the bulletim board of ~he Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, and <br />on a ~pole in the vicir~ity of the street sought to be closed. <br /> <br /> NOW, TH~2~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Vi~ginia, that Joseph C. Barber, L. T. Correll, Robert D. <br />Vick, S, E. Griffin and Walter M.
