A RESOLUI~ON GPJC~flNG A USE F~IT FOR THE <br />0PEBATION OF ~2',[ A~!0TIVE SERVICE STATION <br />AT 4703 PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD, UP 68-15. <br /> <br /> W~_~EAS~ Atlantic Richfield Company and George E. Dodd ~ave filed <br />an application pursuanv to Section 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of Portsmouth~ 1961, for the grantir~ of a use permit as hereinafter des- <br />cribed; and <br /> <br /> %K[EP~EAS, the applicant, the Planr~ng Director and the City <br />Maneger have done all things required to be done in connection with said <br />application, and the Planr~ Co~mission has recarmended the granting of <br />said use p~t~ subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THERk~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Cou=ncil of the City <br />of Portsmouth, Virginia; <br /> <br /> A. ~nat the use for which the use permit hereirmfter <br /> described is soug~nt (1) will not adversely affect <br /> the health or safety of persons residir~ or work- <br /> Lng in the neighborhood of the proposed use, (2) <br /> will not be detrLmental to tlne public welfare or <br /> injurious to property or improvements in the <br /> neig~£oorhoed, ar~ (3) will be in accord with <br /> the purposes of said Zoning Ordinance.- <br /> <br /> B.
