A RESOLUTION GPY2~fI}~ A U~E PE~.~ FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF A FLORIST~ NU3~SERY ~N~ GARD~EN <br />CE~±'~ AT 493~ HIGH STREET, ~'~mST, UP 68-14 <br /> <br /> ~r~2%EAS, the Plannirg Commission, on its o~n motion has moved <br />for the granting of a use permit as hereinafter described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Director and the City ~,~maager have done <br />all things required to be done in cor~nection with said application, and <br />the Plannirg Co~mission has reco~aended the grantirg of said use permit, <br />subject to the conditions hereinafter stated. <br /> <br /> Ng,~, THERE~ORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia; <br /> <br /> A.
