A RESOLUTION GRD2,rfING A USE PE~S~T FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF AN ALT~[OTIVE SF~RVICE STATION <br />AT 3330 AIRLII~ BOULm?VARD, UP 68-9. <br /> <br /> W-HE~EAS, Cities Service Corporation has filed aD. application <br />pu~rsuant to Section 4-2 of the Zoning OrdLnance of the City of Pq~tsmouth, <br />1961, for the granting of a use pe~nnit as hereinafter described; and <br /> <br /> WHEF~_AS, the applica~t~ the Planning Director and tine City <br />Manager have done all thipgs required to be done in connection ~th said <br />application, and the Planning Cannission iqas recoamended the ~anting of <br />said use pe~nit~ subject to the conditions hereJ~nafter stated. <br /> <br /> N~[, ~%~REFORE~ BE IT RESOL~ by the Coulnci! of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> A.
