A RESOLUTION GRAN~XhB'A USE PE~!T FOR THE OPER- <br />ATION OF AN AUTC~4(Yi~VE SERVICE STATION AT THE <br />CORNER OF VICK STREET ~k~) BEATON DRIVE, UP-68-21 <br /> <br /> WHEREk~, Tinee Giant Properties Corporation has filed an application <br />pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, 1961, <br />for the granting of a use permit ~s hereinafter described; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant, the Planning Director and the City ~nager <br />have done all things required to be done in connection with said application <br /> <br /> N~j ~qE WREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portamouth, <br /> <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> A. That th~ use for which the use permit hereinafter des- <br /> cribed is sought (1) will not adversely affect the <br /> health or safety of persons residL~g or working in <br /> the neighborhood of the proposed use, (2) will not be <br /> detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to pro- <br /> petty or improvemanvs in the neighborhood, and (3) will <br /> be in accord with the purposes of said Zoning Ordinar~e. <br /> <br /> B.
