A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE ~ FOR THE <br />OPERATION OF AN AUT~MOflVE SERVICE STATION <br />AT THE CORNER OF QUE~N STREET AND THE PRO- <br />[:'C~ED LONDON-GLASGOW STR.~±' EXPRESSWAY <br />UP-68-12 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bon Vivant Realty Corporation has filed an application <br />pursuant to Section 4-2 of-the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Portsmouth, <br />1961, for the granting of a use pem~it as hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, the Planning Director and the City )~anager <br />have done all things required to be done in connection with said application. <br /> <br /> NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~mD by the Council of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> A. That the use for which the use permit hereinafter des- <br /> cribed is sought (1) will not adversely affect the <br /> health, or safety of persons residing or working in the <br /> neighborhood of the proposed use, (2) will not be detri- <br /> mental to the public welfare and injurious to property <br /> or improvements in the neighborhood, and (3) will be <br /> in accord with the purposes of said Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br /> B. That Bon Vivant Realty Corporation is hereby granted a <br /> use permit, pursuant to Section 4-2 of said Zoning Ordi- <br /> nance, for the construction and operation of an automo- <br /> tive service station to be located on the property <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the narthwest cor- <br /> ner of Queen Street and the proposed London-Glasgow <br /> <br /> <br />
