Section 5. The proceeds arising from the sale of said Bonds <br />shall be applied to the payment of the costs for the construction of <br />sehoots, certain other public buildings, and streets, for urban <br />renewal purposes, and to pay certain annexation costs pursuant to <br />the order entered in the Circuit Court of the City'of Ch~sapeake~ <br />Virginia, on Octobe~ 2, !967~ annexing certain territory to the <br />Oity of Portsmouth, effectiYe January 1, 1968~ including the retire- <br />ment of Bond Anticipation Notes heretofore issued in anticipation of <br />the sale of said Bonds. <br /> Section 6. All resolutions or orders, or parts thereof, in <br />conflict with ~ha provisions of this resolution, are to the extent <br />of Such conflict hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Section ?.
