The said notes sh~l be issued to the aforesaid purchaser, <br />and the City Ms_nager is hereby authorized to complete the sale of the said notes <br />and deIiver the same to the said purchaser upon payment of the purchase price <br />therefer~ The proceeds of the sale of said notes shall be applied to the same <br />purposes for which the bonds authorized by Ordinance 1968-87 were authorized. <br /> <br /> ~Jr±ON 5.
