OF PORTSI~iOUTH, VIRGINIA, ON N0\~LBER 1t, 1969; A!~ F-iX!NG CERTAIN DETAILS OF SAiD BOi~q)S. %~-~R~AS, ~he City Manager of the City of Portsmouth has received a proposal from the Fidelity National Bank, Lyncb2ourg~ Virginia, for the purchase of One Million Six Hu~ndred.Thousand Dollars of the Water Bonds authorized by an Ordinance adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, October 17, 1961 ~nd approved by the electorate of the City November 7~ I961 and by a Resolution of the Council'of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, adopted under said ordinance on November 11, 1969, and the City Manager has recommended that said NOW, THEREFOP~ ~ Virginia: 1. p~oposal be 'approved; BE IT R~SOLV~D by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, There be, and there is~ hereby approved the sale to 'the Fidelity l~ational Bank, Lynchburg,.
