A.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE LEASE OF THE KEY ROAD <br /> SCHOOL TO THE OLYMPIAN SPORTS CLUB, INCORPORATED. <br /> <br /> ~¢HEREAS~ Mr. A. Po Johnson, Jr.~ City Manager of th~ <br />City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, finds it to be in the best interest <br />of the <br /> City of Portsmouth~ Virginia to lease that certain parcel <br />of land situate in thc City of Portsmouth known as the Key'Road <br />School to the Otympiar~ Sports Club, Incorporated. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE ZT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the City Manager be authorized <br />to sign such lease agreement attached hereto. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Vir- <br />ginia~ at'a meeting held <br /> <br />Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />August 25, 1970. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
