Stowe have made appli- <br />cation to vacate and close the hereinafter described portion of a <br />certain str&et and it appearing that notice of the' application and <br />request for the appointment of viewers was duly posted on May 6, 1976, <br />on the bulletin board of the Court of HustJ_ngs for the City of Ports- <br />mouth~ on the bulletin board of the Circuit Coort of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, and on the b~llet~-n board of the ~nicipal Court of the City of <br />Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, 'I~RE, BE IT R2~SOL~ by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, R. A. Craig, Jr., Luther <br />Tapp, Zal~on I. Blachnan ~nd James V.
