A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EYJ~CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br />WITH INTERCOASTAL STEEL CORPORATION WHICH GRANTS TO <br />SAID CORPORATION ~ EXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE TO ASSIST <br />THE CITY IN THE DISPOS~TION OF ABANDONED MOTOR <br />%rEHICLES. <br /> <br /> Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Ports- <br /> mouth, Virginia, in regular meeting assembled that the City <br />.Manager of said City be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter <br /> into an agreement with Intercoastal Steel Corporation~ sad to <br /> sign the same oh beha!f of said City whereby said City grants <br /> to said Corporation an exclusive franchise to assist said City <br /> in the disposition o£ abandoned motor vehicles~ as more parti- <br /> cularly set forth in said agreements a copy of which is filed <br /> with the City Council. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Por~s~ouuh, <br />ginia, at a meeting held April 1~: 1970. <br /> <br />Vi r- <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />~ity Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
