2O <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JUDGE LEO P. BLAIR <br />FOR HIS LONG AND FAITHFUL SERVICE TO THE <br />CITY OF PORTSMOUTH. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Judge Leo P. Blair will retire as Judge of <br />the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court and Associate Judge <br />of the Municipal Court, Civil Division, at the snd of this <br />month, after having served as such for over eleven years; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said Judge Leo P. Blair has been a devoted <br />and toya'l public servant; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the citizens of Portsmouth are deeply indebted <br />to Judge Blair for the fine and efficient way in which he has al- <br />ways striven to aid and assist the youth of the City of Portsmouth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that the appreciation of the citi- <br />zens of this City for the long and faithful service rendered by <br />Judge Leo P~ Blair to the City and to his fellow citizens be ex- <br />pressed and hereby conveyed to him. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution <br />be presented to the said Judge Leo P.
