RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING OF A SIXTEEN FOOT <br />ALLEY BETWEEN AND ADJACENT TO LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 28, <br />29, 30, 31, 32, 33 AND 34, BLOCK 21, ON THE PLAT OF CHURCHLAND <br />LAND COMPANY, WHICH PLAT IS DULY RECORDED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE <br />OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE CITY OF CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA, IN <br />MAP BOOK 18, AT PAGE 85. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Tidewater Funeral Home, Inc., T/A Loving and <br />Gay Funeral Home has made application to vacate and close the <br />hereinafter described portion of a certain alley and it appearing <br />that notice of the application and request for the appointment <br />of viewers was duly posted on July 14, 1972, on the bulletin <br />board of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, on <br />the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Ports- <br />mouth, and on the bulletin board of the Municipal Court of the <br />City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, Louis J. <br />Leitner, L. A. Clark, Zalmon I. Blachman and F. J. Bergeron be <br />appointed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of <br />such alley and report to this Council in writing whether in their <br />opinion any, and if any, what inconvenience would result from <br />vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> Ail that certain sixteen (16) foot strip <br />of land s~tuate in the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, between and adjacent to Lots 1, 2, <br />3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 <br />Block 21, on the Plat of Churchland Land <br />Company, which plat is duly recorded in the <br />Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the <br />City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book <br />18, at Page 85. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held July 25, 1972. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
