A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF FLORAL <br />LANE BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RIVER SHORE ROAD <br />AND THE BALLARD FARM. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. and _Mrs. Robert W. Wentz, Jr., Mr. and <br />Mrs. Carlton A. Sears, and B~llard Associates have made appli- <br />cation to vacate and Close the hereinafter described portion of <br />a certain street and it appearing tha~ notice of the ~pplication <br />and request for the appointment of viewers was duly posted on May <br />9, 1973, on the bulletin board of the'Court of Hustings for the <br />City of Portsmouth, on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court <br />of the City of Portsmouth, and on the bulletin board of the Muni- <br />cipal Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. <br />Leitner, Raymond Tweed, Zalm( <br />be appointed viewers to view <br />of such street and report to <br />in their opinion any, and if <br />result from vacating and clo~ <br /> <br /> Ail that certair <br />lying and being in <br />Virginia, and const <br />Floral Lane lying ~ <br />of way line of Riv( <br />lard Farm, such st~ <br />and 170 feet, more <br />presently being in <br />condition. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Coui <br />ginia, at a meeting held May <br /> <br />the Council of the <br />Bilisoly, Louis J. <br />n I.
