A RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIEWERS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF FLORAL <br />LANE BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF RIVER SHORE ROAD <br />AND THE BALLARD FARM. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. and _Mrs. Robert W. Wentz, Jr., Mr. and <br />Mrs. Carlton A.
