McLean Company, Incorporated; thence <br />leaving the said right-of-way and running North 46° 45' West <br />along the George T. McLean Company, Incorporated, Eastern bOundary <br />line a distance of 434.06 feet to a point intersected by the East- <br />ern boundary line of said Elmhurst Lane as shown on the Plat afore- <br />mentioned; thence continuing along the Eastern boundary line of <br />said Elmhurst Lane in a Northerly direction along the arc of a <br />spiral a distance of 55.69 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> The aforedescribed tract of land being a part of the <br />said property conveyed to the City of Portsmouth by deed of <br />Tarra Corporation, dated March 28, 1962, of record in the Clerk's <br />Office of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, in Deed Book 381, at page 571, and by condemnation pro- <br />ceedings filed in the Court of Hustings for the City of Ports- <br />mouth, Virginia, in the case styled City of Portsmouth v. Bessie <br />D.
