Members shall hold office until their successors shall have been appointed and qualify, and any member shall be eligible for reappoln~ment to succeed himself. The term of any member who is also a full time employee of a participating political subdivision shall expire upon his ceasing such employment. Each member may receive compensation of $25 per meeting attended but not to exceed $600 per year, oz such other compensation as may be denermined from time to time by resolutions of the governzng bodies of the member political subdivisions, but any member who is a full time salaried employee of the political sub- division by wbich he was appo}nted shall serve without compensation. Each member shall be reimbursed the amount of his actual expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of his duties. The Authority may contract with the ineorporating political subdivisions, any sanitary district nhereof or any authority therein created pursuant to the Act to furnis~ water upon such terms as the Authority shall determine; provided, however, that the same schedule of water rates, shall be applicable to all such political subdivisions.
