63 RESOLUTION APPOINTING VIE~RS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF LOUISA AVE- NUE BETWEEN COUNTY STREET AND THE RIGHT OF WAY OF SEABOARD COAST- LINE RAILROAD. WHEREAS, Charles A. and Judith A. Langreder have made application to vacate and close the hereinafter described portion of a certain street and it appearmng that notice of the application and request for the appointment of viewers was duly posted on the bulletin board of the Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, and in two other public places in said City, at least 10 days prior to August 13, 1974. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, James V. McGehee, Belvin W. Blachman, Herbert L. Willard and James Choate, be appoint- ed viewers to view the hereinafter described portion of such street and report to this council in writing whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what inconvenience would result from vacating and clos- ing the following: All that certain lot or parcel of land situ- ate in the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, and described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northern line of County Street at the southwest corner of Lot No. 24 in Block 141 as shown on the plat of Living- ston Land Company of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the City of Chesapeake, Virginia, in Map Book 5, at Page 43; thence in a northerly direction along the western line of said Lot 24 and continuing along the western line of Lot 23 in said Block 141 a distance of 130 feet, more or less, to the east- erly line of the right of way of Seaboard Coast- line Ra!!roa , thence in a southwesterly direction along the line of said right of way a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to the eastern line of Lot No. 2, in Block 140 on the above plat; thence in a southerly direction along the line of said Lot 2 a distance of 80 feet, more or less, to the northern line of County Street; thence in an easterly direction along the line of County Street 60 feet to the point of beginning- The above property is that portion of Louisa Ave- nue which lies between County Street and the right of way of Seaboard COastline Railroad.
