A RESOLUTION APPO!NTI~G VIE%'~RS FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF NASH- <br />VILLE AVENUE LOCATED BET~EEN PcANDOLPH STREET AND MT. OLIVE <br />CEi4ETERY ( S - 7 3- i 7 ). <br /> <br /> ~HEREAS, the City Df Portsmouth, Virginia, has made <br />application to vacate and close the hereinafter described <br />portion of a certain stree~ and it appearing that notice of <br />the application and request for the appointment of viewers <br />was duly posted on December 14, 1973 on the several bulletin <br />boards of the Circuit Court of the Citv of ~ortsmouth and on <br />the bulletin board of the General District Court of the City <br />of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> ~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Po~tsmou~h~ Virginia, that Frank N. Bi!isoiv, Ra~nd <br />T%¢eed, Zalmon I. Btacb~an, Louis j. Leitner, and James L. Choate, <br />be appointed vmewers to vzew the hereinafr_er described portion <br />of such street and report to this Council in writinc whether in <br />their opinion, any~ and if any, what inconvenience would result <br />f~om vacating and closing the following: <br /> <br /> All that cerbain pmece or parcel of iand, <br />lying and beinc in the City of Pormsmouth, <br />Virginia, and comprising that portion of <br />~ashville Avenue located between the north- <br />ern right of way line of Randolpk Street <br />on the South, and on ~he southern boundary <br />line of Mt.
