and that the news media within this City and general area be <br />advised of the publication of said Planned Use Report and <br />that said Planned Use Report be made available for public <br />inspection at the City Clerk's Office during normal business <br />hours; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Clerk has caused the aforesaid <br />advertisement to be made, the required publicity to be given, <br />and has made the said Planned Use Report available for public <br />inspection in his office during normal business hours. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth, Virginia~ that it does hereby ratify and <br />adopt the Planned Use Report as attached hereto and the expendi- <br />ture of funds as detailed in said report for Entitlement Period <br />VI (July 1, 1975 to June 30, 1976), and that said report be <br />forwarded by the City Manager to the Secretary of the Department <br />of the Treasury. <br /> <br />directed <br />above. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is hereby <br />to make the certification required as specified herein- <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held June 10, 1975. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
