BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City <br />Manager be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to <br />give the Department of Housing ~nd Urban Development and the <br />Comptroller General through any authorized representative ac- <br />cess to and the right to examine all records, books, papers, <br />or documents related to the grant. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER EESOLVED that the Mayor and the City <br />Manager be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to <br />execute a contract with the Portsmouth Redevelopment and <br />Housing Authority for the execution of the Redevelopment <br />Program in accordance with Title 36 of the Code of Virginia, <br />as amended. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held October 28~ 1975. <br /> <br />Tes%e: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
