A RESOLUTION SCHEDULING A PUBLIC CONFERENCE TO BE HELD WITH TR-E <br />MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF VIRGINIA ELECTED FROM PORTS- <br />MOUTH TO BE HELD AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBER, MUNICIPAL BUILD- <br />ING OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH ON DECEMBER 13, 1976 COMMENCING <br />AT 7:30 P. M. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 21 of Title 2.1, Code of Virginia, <br />1950, as amended, requires discussions of legislative matters <br />be held in public; and <br /> <br /> WHEP~AS, the public is invited to attend and observe <br />without expressing their views to the legislative priorities <br />of the City of Portsmouth. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of Portsmouth that a public conference be held with the <br />members of the General Assembly of Virginia from Portsmouth <br />to be held at the City Council Chamber, Municipal Building <br />of the City of Portsmouth on December 13 1976 conunenclng <br />at 7:30 P.M.
