1. The applicant is to properly landscape a <br />buffer strip between Syer Road and the required scrap <br />processor fence which buffer zone will be at least 4 feet <br />in width. <br /> <br /> 2. Applicant must maintain a rodent control <br />program. <br /> <br /> 3. The operation of a scrap processor yard <br />shall be restricted to weekdays, Monday through Friday <br />between the hours of 7 A.M. through 7 P.M. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, at a meeting held February 24, 1976. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
