22 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ~WERS FOR CLOSING THE FOLLOWING STRk~-£: A <br />POt{rION OF THC~AS AVEN~E; Ft~lq T~E EAST LINE OF BOOKER STREET EAST TO <br />'1'~ CEN'I~4 OF SCOIT'S C~'~:~:K., A DISTANCE OF APPROM/MA'i~iUy 210 b'~wl'. <br /> <br /> ~%EAS, the City of Portsmouth has made application to vacate and <br />close the hereinafter described portion of a certain street, ar~ it <br />appearing that notice of the application and request for appointment of <br />viewers w~s duly posted March 4, 1977 on the bulletin board of the <br />Circuit Court of the City of Portsmouth, the bulletin board of the City <br />Council Chambers of the City of Ports~Duth and the bulletin board of the <br />General District Court, Civil Division, of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that Frank N. Bilisoly, Belvin Blachman, Colonel <br />Henry P. Crowe, John I{. Griffin and L. A.
