io3 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MA_NAGER TO SIGN AND THE <br /> CITY CLERK TO ATTEST AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY OF PORTSMOUTH WITH SEABOARD COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY <br /> AS A PART OF THE GANDER CREEK PROJECT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the City of Portsmouth and Seaboard Coast Line <br />Railroad Company have negotiated certain conditions to an <br />Easement Agreement as part of the Gander Creek Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the City <br />enter into such easement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEP~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of-Portsmouth that the City Manaqer is authorized to sign and <br />the City Clerk to attest an Easement Agreement on behalf of <br />the City of Portsmouth with the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad <br />Company as a part of the Gander Creek Project. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Vir- <br />ginia, at a meeting held October 25, 1977. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
