Beginning at a point on the northern <br />line of High Street where the same is inter- <br />sected by the line dividing the herein- <br />described property and the property now or <br />formerly belonging to the Mutual Benefit <br />Life Insurance Company~ which said point is <br />distant 57°69 feet along said northern line <br />of High Street from its intersection with <br />the Western line of Middle Street; and from <br />said point of beginning running thence along <br />said dividing line north 00002'26" west i13~86 <br />feet to a point; thence still along said <br />dividing line south 89°49~30'' east 57.76 <br />feet to the western line of Middle Street~ <br />thence in a southerly direction along said <br />western line of Middle Street a distance of <br />56.76 feet, more or less, to the dividing <br />line between the property herein-described <br />and the property now or formerly belonging <br />to the estate of Joseph A.
