A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO HARRISON MOVING AND STORAGE COMPANY~ INC~ TO OPERATE A ~STORA. GE YARD~' AT THE INTERSECTION OF SEVENTH STREET AND JEFFERSON STREET. WHEREAS, Harrison Moving And Storage Company~ Inc., made an application pursuant to Section 40-71(b)~ Code of the City of Portsmouth, 1973~ for the granting of a nsc permit as hereinafter~described; and WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done ~.l things required to be done in co~'-×~ect~on wmth sai~ appli- cation~ and WHEREAS~ the Planning Commission has recommended the granting of said use permit~ NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth~~m~mnma.~'~ 1. Tka~ the use for %~hmcn the use permit hereinafter- ~escribed is sought: (a) Will not adversely affect the health of persons residing and working in the neighborhood proposed use; and safety of the (b} Will not be detrimenea! to the public use or injurious %o property improvements in %he neighbo~ood} and (c) Will be in accord with the purposes of zoning chapter of the City Code. 2.
