in any notice so numiled shall not affe~t the sufficiency of the proceedings for t]~ redemption hereof. If notice of the redemption of this Bond shall have been given as aforesaid, and payment of the principal amorant of this Bond and of the accrued interest and pr~m£um, if any, payable upon such redempt/on shall have been duly made or provided for, interest hereon shall cease from and after the date so specified for redemption hereof and any coupons representing such interest shall be void. It is hereby certified, recited and declered that all acts, conditions and things required to exist, happen or be performed precedent to and in the issuance of this Bond exist, have happened and have bean i~rformed in due time, form and ~mnner as required by la'w, and that the arno%tnt of this Bond, together wi-th all other indebtedness of the City, does not exceed any limitation of indebtedness prescribed by the Constitution or statutes of the Con~ronwealth of Virginia or the Charter of the City. The full faith and credit of the City are hereby irrevocably pledged to the payment of the principal of ~nd interest on this Bond as the same become due. The principal hereof and interest hereon shall be payable from ad valorem taxes without limitation of rate or a~ount upon all property within the City subject to taxation by the City.
