Section 10 hereof and the legal no%ice referred to in Section 11 hereof sb~nll each contain provisions sui~d01Y recognizing and providing with respect to the foregoing. 7. ~ne Bonds shall be executed, for and on behalf of the City, the manual or facsimile siqna%ures, of ~he Mayor ~nd Dire~or of Finance of the City, and the corporate seal of the City shall be i~pressed or a facsi~d.le thereof imprinted on the Bonds and attested by the manual or facs~-uile signature of the City Clerk of the Ci%y;~provitied, h~wever, that at least one of such signatures on the Bonds shall be a manual signature. The Bond~, except when registered as to both principal and interest, shall have coupons at, ached thereto representing the interest on the Bonds, which coupons shall be executed by the facsimile signature of the said Direckor of Finance. 8. CUSIP ide~]tification numbers may be printed on the BoNds, but- neither f_he failure to print any such number on any Bond nor any error or ~ission with respect theretO shall constitute cause for failure or refusal by the successful bidder for the Bonds tO accept delivery of and pay for the Bonds in accordance wi~h the terms of its bid. Ab such number shall constitute or be de~d to be a psr~ of any Bond or a part of the contract evidenced thereby and no liability shall attach to the City or any of its officers or agents because of or on account of any suck numl~r or any use made thereof. All expenses' in relation to the printing of · s such numoer on the E<.~-nds shall be paid by the City; provided, however, that the CUSIP Service Bureau charge for the assigrm~nt of such numbers shall be the responsibility of and shall be paid for by the successful bidder for the Bonds ~ A copy of the complete final leqal opinion .with respect to the Bonds, with the ne~ of the attorney or attorneys rendering sea~, together a certification of the Ci~f Clerk, executed iff a facsi~?i!e signature of that officer, to the effect that such copy is a ~ue and correct copy of the legal opinion wb_ich was dated as of the date of delivery of and paymen~ for the BOnds, may be prin~ed on the Bonds. 4
