S. Department of Tran ~.sTx~-tation, Federal Highway Ad- <br />ministration, under Title 23 of the U. S. Code in Volume 8, Chapter 2, <br />Section 1, of the Federal-Aid Highway Program Manual offers a Pavement <br />Marking Demonstration Program to Lmp_rovm the pavement raarking of all <br />highways and to demonstrate the value of high-type ~rkings for vebicle <br />and pedestrian safety; and <br /> <br /> WTn~_~-RZD~, the City of Portsmouth has nee~ in upgrading the existing <br />_pavement ~rkings and/or applying the high-type marking to streets not <br />yet marked; and <br /> <br /> I^~3~.
